When the limitations are fixed, we do of course intend to ship the
GTK#. Since it's not MonoDevelop's code, we can't give an expected
timeframe for this.

Though to clarify, Winforms should work fine from *code* within MD --
just add a reference to System.Windows.Forms and start coding -- it's
a rather inefficient way to build a GUI :-)
Right now on the Mac, you have to write GUI "by hand" whether it's
GTK#, winforms or coocoa#, but at some point you will have a GTK#
designer on the Mac, so I'd suggest using the GTK# designer in a Linux
VM for now.
