[MonoTouch] Any news about the "absolutely nothing other than objective-c/c user agreement?"

Just because someone blogged it doesn't make it officially public. The
way NDA works is that even though this information has leaked, other NDA
holders cannot comment or even acknowledge the information without also
breaking their NDA.

So, no, they aren't officially public from Apple. They are public
because someone leaked them.
