[Moonlight-list] Implementing GtkSilver.Resize()

Hi Guys!

In order to implement proper scrolling in Lunar Eclipse, I would like
to add a Resize method to GtkSilver. To do this, I have to add a
function "moon_window_gtk_resize" to the Moonlight's C API and its
respective method in NativeMethods.cs. Can I proceed on this?
